What this page covers
Aeormenlabs.com is a static site: there is no account system and no database of our own. This policy explains the few places data can actually move when you visit or contact us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which parts of this site get used. It does not load, and no analytics cookie is set, until you click Accept on the banner shown when you arrive. If you click Decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing loads from Google for analytics purposes. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for aeormenlabs.com and reloading the page. When active, Google Analytics typically sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, generally expiring after up to 13 months, and processes data under Google's own privacy policy.
Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts on every visit, regardless of your analytics choice. Serving a font file can involve Google seeing your IP address, the same as loading an image from any external server. No advertising or tracking is attached to this.
Booking a call
Clicking a booking button takes you to Calendly, a separate service we use for scheduling, at calendly.com. Anything you enter there (your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form) is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy, not ours. We only see what you choose to share when the call happens.
The save point
If you send your Steam page or site through the form before the first call, the two things you enter, your link and your email address, are received and stored for us by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, under Netlify's own privacy policy. We use them for exactly one thing: reading your page and replying to you about it. No mailing list, no resale, nothing else. Want your request deleted? Email support@aeormenlabs.com and it is done.
Writing to support@aeormenlabs.com sends that email through your own email provider, the same as any other email. We use what you send to reply to you, and do not add your address to any mailing list without asking first.
The achievements check
The achievements check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you submit the save-point form or click through to book a call, in which case the answer pattern and the readout lines travel with it (booking sends nothing identifying), or you choose to share them with us directly, for example on a call.
Your choices
You can decline analytics at any time from the consent banner, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, email support@aeormenlabs.com and we will respond directly.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
